How will I know when the bid is won and whether I am the winner?
All bidders will receive an email notification within 24 hours after the video bidding window closes, informing them about the outcome of the bidding process.
What if I change my mind?
No worries! We understand that circumstances can change, and you might not be able to proceed with your bid if it wins. However, we kindly request that you place bids only if you genuinely intend to follow through.
What happens if I win the bid?
You will receive an email from our team notifying you that you won. The email will include a standard IO (insertion order) for you to review and sign and a request for messaging and logos.
When will the video go live?
The video will go live within 3 days. If you would like to adjust the publish date to align with your marketing goals, just let us know!
Am I allowed to share the video on my social media or website?
Absolutely! You are welcome to share or embed the video directly from Facebook to any platform of your choice. However, please note that downloading the footage for personal or commercial use is not permitted.
Is it possible to obtain rights to the video?
Certainly! If you are interested in acquiring video rights, please feel free to send an email to team@hometalk.com. We are happy to discuss the terms with you.
